Before you begin — four short steps. Everything asked for here is what we need to contract you, register your works and pay you.
Your legal name exactly as it appears on your ID, your ID or passport number, and your citizenship. If you invoice through a company add it here; a stage name is optional.
Email, phone and a mailing address. Contracts and royalty statements are sent to these, so they need to be current.
Your performing rights society and your composer CAE / IPI number — the 9 to 11 digit number your PRO issued you.
Without the CAE / IPI your works cannot be registered and royalties cannot reach you. If you do not know it, it is in your PRO portal.
What you make and where you already are: artist type, up to five production styles, your streaming name and links, and whether you are signed to a label or a sync agency.

A buyout is one agreed payment for the work, invoiced per album or release. The rights move to AINSOF, and from there the music goes out across global content, media and brand campaigns. Where the deal is a hybrid, that payment sits alongside a royalty share rather than replacing it.
Royalties are administered through our sub-publishing network, territory by territory, so usage is reported and paid wherever in the world it happens. Each period you receive a report covering what was collected on your tracks, and you invoice against it — the period it covers, for the amount it states.
Artwork, video, marketing, mastering and your artist profile are all handled here. You write and produce; everything a release needs around the music is ours to build, so what reaches the catalogue is a finished record and not a folder of files.
Releases are distributed and registered across the major streaming platforms, with an ISRC on every track and a UPC on every album. The catalogue is licensed to brands, agencies and productions worldwide, and every track is registered so its usage can be traced and reported.
